Falcons preparing to takeoff for training flight. In closeup photos the lead pilot is seen wearing Joint Helmet Mounted Cueing System (JHMCS). JHMCS provides pilot with “First look, First shot” high off-boresight weapons engagement capabilities. This system can also be employed to accurately cue the pilot to both air and ground targets, increase the pilot efficiency and accuracy in targeting enemy defence.

training rounds of AIM-9M Sidewinder missiles,Sniper XR Day/Night advance targeting pod (intake pylon). Sniper pod is state-of-the-art EO/IR pod

featuring high-resolution camera, Forward-Looking Infra-Red (FLIR) and TV sensors, laser spot tracker and a laser marker.

F-16 aircraft under going depot-level maintenance. Ground crew are un-mounting of CFTs

for routine inspection. CFTs once added; could increase the range of F-16 from 20-40%, depending upon the weapon configuration used.

PAF F-16 Block 52 during first ever ferry mission to Pakistan, June 2010. A USAF KC-10 Tanker also refueled these aircraft during

journey from Fort Worth, Texas, U.S to Shahbaz Air Base, Jacobabad, Pakistan. The formation included three F-16s, 2x F-16D and 1x F-16C aircraft

equipped with 3x fuel tanks and a single AMD/AMA pod on wing tip.
